Build It — Doctor's Orders

Give somebody advice, and decide how hard to push. Build left to right: pick who, then how strong to be, then what to do. The yellow time column is extra, so tap it again to take it off. Then tap 🔊 to hear it.

★ build a sentence  ·  ★★ change the person and fix the red word  ·  ★★★ say the same thing weakly, then strongly
✂ Cut here — Example Sentences
You should rest at home today.  ·  He has to see a doctor right now.  ·  They can't go to work this week.  ·  She needs to take the medicine twice a day.
The red word is your choice, not ours. "You can rest at home" and "You have to rest at home" are both correct English. They just do not mean the same thing.
