walk the five screens in order, the way a shopper meets them: "What is the jacket? What is the regular price? What is the sale price? What colors and sizes can you choose?" On screen 2, find a size on the chart as a class: a 38 inch chest is a medium (37 to 40). On screen 3, do the cart on the board: $60.00 + $20.00 = $80.00, so shipping is free (orders of $75.00 or more), tax $4.80, total $84.80. Wilhelmina is ordering a large, and ★★ 1 shows it is the wrong size: that is the class listening (a return at the counter, an exchange for a medium). On screen 5, ask: How many days? What do you bring? Can you return a final sale item? Keep the grammar live: "She is ordering a large. She needs a medium. The jacket costs $60.00" (cost and need never take -ing). ★★★ Write to the store has no key: any message with the order number, the problem and the size is right.
