Create a room
One Patina Video Classroom per partnership. Create it when you make the match, then put the link and the password in the matching email.
Type this once. Your browser will remember it, and you should not need it again on this computer. It is not a volunteer password: volunteers never receive this one.
Create a room
This makes one classroom for one partnership: a link they both use, and a password that lets the volunteer teach in it. The password is shown once and is not stored anywhere, so copy the email text before you leave this page.
Change it to anything you like, at least 8 characters. Capital letters do not matter when they type it.
Room ready
Two links into one classroom. The volunteer's opens on a password box; the student's opens on a Join button and needs nothing typed.
For the volunteer
Their link and their password. They open it once, type the password once, and their computer remembers them. Neither goes to the student.
For the student
No password. The student taps this and joins.

End a partnership early
Rooms close on their own on the date above. Close one sooner if a partnership ends: the link and the password both stop working immediately, for both people.
