Share Harutyun's form and read his sentences: point at each box as you say it. Then the form words. At "Is or has?", let the room call out the word. At ★★, play Florentina's lines; her son's blue eyes and blond hair are the trap. "Now you" is spoken: a famous person, an imaginary person, or a classmate's clothes. Nobody says or writes their own height or weight, and nobody asks a classmate. Items 1 and 2 of Part 3 (ethnicity, race) are left off this sheet on purpose.
Part of a real form. Harutyun filled it in.
