say a time word and the room answers "then", "now" or "next", then the verb. For Tell it in three parts, each student tells their own hobby story in three sentences, starting each one with a time word.

Tell it in three parts. A time word starts each sentence.
Put the time word first. Then a comma. It tells the listener: the time is changing.
Ago is a little different.
The number comes first. Ago is last. Never say ago two years.
