ESOL games

Games you run from the screen you share. No student devices, no accounts: the class answers out loud, on paper, or in the chat.

Writing Safari A whole-class writing game. Split the class into animal teams, show one question at a time with a one-minute clock, everyone writes a full sentence in WhatsApp, and you give the points. Bring your own questions, and the winning team gets the celebration screen.
Drive the Maze A whole-class directions game. A car sits on a city map, and it moves only when somebody writes a direction in English: turn left, turn right, turn around, go north, go south, go east, go west. Share the screen and take the next direction from the chat. The hardest level takes the compass words away, so only a driver's left and right will get you there.

Assign to your students

Every student activity works as homework, no accounts, no setup. Share a link with your class or show a QR code in the room. When a student finishes they send you a results card with their score, right on WhatsApp or by text. The study guides are also the first stop inside the citizenship hub, so either link gets your class there.
